We started with the beef empanadas, pan de bono, & a fresh passion fruit juice. All three were delicious. We also tried the lomito saltado and carne tampiquena con camarones. The carne tampiquena was absolutely delicious with the perfect amount of spice and full of flavor! The customer service was also great. The staff was extremely kind and attentive. We look forward to returning & trying new dishes.

I’ve been coming to Saoco for the past 6 years, and it’s always been one of my favorite spots in West Haven. The food is amazing, especially the Mondongo soup, it’s hands-down the best I’ve had anywhere. The staff is super friendly, the vibe is always welcoming. If you’re looking for great Colombian food that’s consistently good, Saoco is the place to go.

EXCELLENT - Matteo was very friendly and accommodating. Service, food, atmosphere, drinks - SUPERB. This is my 4th time eating there over many years. Never disappoints. Consistent. Those who were with me couldn’t stop raving about how good it was. Hefty portions and the drinks are just as hefty. They do not skimp on the alcohol in the drinks - you will feel it so sip slow!

Service. Gets a decent rating for the experience that was had the evening I was dining here with my uncle. The server seemed to be gone for long periods of time without checking up on us every 15 minutes which I'm used to when dining out. They need to work on that. But food was phenomenal. I'll be back for sure with my wife steak was cooked medium to perfection and beans was real good. Food get 5 stars from me I also ordered guanabana juice freshly made and that was real good.
